okay, several people have already jumped on the love train for this cookbook, so i think maybe we should give her a thread. tell us what you've been making, how it's turned out, and all that good stuff!

i got this book for christmas, but haven't had a chance to cook a single thing out of it yet. i'm weirdly excited about trying the cauli-pots.

Caulipots are yummy. I made a bunch of things from it and everything was good though I did tweak one recipe a bit to suit me.

I made:
Pasta e fagiole - this was the one I tweaked. Better with cannellini beans an and generous helping of nooch.

Garlicky mushrooms and kale
OMG oven baked onion rings
Red wine and kalamata tempeh- my favorite
Smoky tempeh and greens stew
Cool slaw

Really i've like everything I've made from this.

cauli-pots are like healthier mashed potatoes, because they include mashed cauliflower. :)

That sounds awesome! I'll have to see if the library has this one, I can't let myself buy any more cookbooks.
