The day is not over, but I must confess, today has been a carb-heavy day. Sadly, but enjoyably so.

Breakfast: scrambled tofu (the most healthy thing so far), pop and fresh blueberry scones
Lunch: chocolate chai frosty (basically, a vegan milkshake)
Dinner: root beer float to toast Dugan

I didn't eat terribly well today, but I think I ate more than you, quagga!

1 peach + cup of soymilk
1.5 donuts
coffee
leftover black-eye peas, pasta, and salad
root beer float!
pho/udon soup with seitan and zucchini

oh my. this weekend was fun and full of junk food. YAY/detox times now

Saturday:
iced almond milk mocha
veggie burger, fries, soda
mixed drink, tots, pear cider
lil bit of potato salad before bed

Sunday:
raspberry donuts & coffee
2 kombuchas
thai food (fried rice & pad thai & tempeh)
more thai food
more donuts
some cookies
root beer float before bed because why not?!
everyone's right and no one is sorry, that's the start and the end of the story

Cold brewed dragon well with a lemon wedge
Orange juice
Seltzer water
The last of the Cheezish with some steamed broccoli

Yesterday I ate:

cereal (Grape Nuts) with homemade almond milk and 1/2 a peach
tea
coffee
half a bagel with cream cheeze
hippy burrito: brown rice, lentils, sauteed kale, avocado, lettuce, salsa, onion, escabeche,tomato, and cilantro
1/2 donut (1/4 maple + 1/4 orange-glazed)
hippy stir-fry: tofu, broccoli, green beans, carrot, onion, shiitake, zucchini + crookneck squash, watercress, garlic, and ginger... over brown rice, topped with peanut sauce, cilantro, and green onions
bite of cherry ice cream

Yesterday:
Smoky vanilla black tea
Smoothie (soy/barley milk, banana, carrot, kale, ginger, mango, cinnamon, BS molasses, walnuts, ground flax seeds)
Amy's Roasted Veggie pizza topped with TJ's vegan mozzarella & chopped broccoli
Lots of water
Celestial Seasoning's Tension Tamer (I've had a mint craving lately and this was the closest thing to mint tea I could find in the house)
Roasted peanuts
A few bits of honeydew melon

yesterday's fuds:
brown & black rice with onions, carrots, red cabbage, & kale. black coffee. 2 slices gf toast
hippie chili (lentil & kale). millet muffins. watermelon
kombucha!
half of a raw chocolate almond pie tart thing. almonds. cherries.

today's fuds:
coffee
sip of kombucha
3 slices pb gf toast
the rest of the day is tbd
everyone's right and no one is sorry, that's the start and the end of the story

the almond butter layer is on the bottom, and the chocolate is on top, like a pb cup pie. mmmmm

yesterday fud cont:
I had a wicked late lunch: black refrieds, salsa, spinach, & lime with millet muffins & tortilla chips. zevia
which meant I head a wicked late dinner: brown rice spaghetti & carrot noodles with marinara, lentils & baby greens. 2 pc gf toast
all the water. it was hot, yo.
