B: anadama bread, tempeh bacon, baked beans that'd gone overnight in the crockpot, lapsang souchong
Snack: fruit salad (pineapple, Crenshaw melon, oranges, black grapes)
D: yuba BBQ ribs, baked beans, anadama, broccoli stir fried with sesame oil and sesame seeds. The stir fry got messy - I had no clue that the seeds would pop!

Windmillgirl! Your breakfast doesn't sound weird at all! Complex carbs for breakfast is great for energy throughout the day.

Big bowl of Baby lima beans (the soft, yummy ones not the hard green ones) and wheat berries with nutritional yeast

Grapefruit and crappy, crappy coffee substitute
Baked Kale-way too much of it until I wanted to puke. (It was good and spicey) I saved the rest to crumble up into soup for dinner.

Lentil soup with Kale, cumin, onion, garlic and tons of nutritional yeast. Because I'm a nutritional yeast whore.
Whole wheat/Spelt soda bread that I just baked-with v. butter subst.

I love tracking my food log on Spark People (free) because I set it up to tell me if I'm getting enoughprotein, Calcium and B12, though you can add in anything you'd like to track. I know exactly what I'm getting and I KNOW how easy it is to get all of the nutrients I need from a vegan diet. Makes it easy to argue my point.
Love where you are right now.
