I go through fits and spurts of tracking what I eat. I figure you all do, too. So, here is the place for that!

Today:
Breakfast:
chocolate soy milk, pills (multi, glucosamine, vit d, omegas, resveratrol, mag)
coffee
couple handfuls of almonds
2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 w/pb

Lunch:
baked potato, broccoli, tofu

Snack:
Earl Grey tea, cookie

Dinner: TBD
everyone's right and no one is sorry, that's the start and the end of the story

Breakfast: coffee, water, steamed broccoli, saffron/cashew rice, and tempeh Piri Piri*
Lunch: Smoothie (soy/barley milk, cashews, flax seeds, mango, banana, kale, carrot, blackstrap molasses, cinnamon)
Dinner: fruit salad with homemade granola cereal, mint tea

*I stretched Gladcow Week into Sunday and made the Piri Piri then. All the pictures of it looked so good! RnR liked it a lot.

Breakfast: smoothie (banana, strawberries, blueberries, soymilk, OJ, protein powder, flax oil, multi-vitamins, mitamin D)
Lunch: Reuben sandwich from Wayward, side of kale
Dinner: gladcow's secret recipe (from her new book) that I love beyond reason.

apple cinnamon morning-o's (WF generic whatevers) & almond milk
delicious delicious chai
pb&j on mighty multigrain
everything pretzel crisps with tomato basil hummus
one sjaak's mini peanut butter cup (there are 19 more in the kitchen but i am exercising will power)
bunch of water
dinner is TBA

B: Fruit salad and chocolate Rice Dream.
L: Nut burger in a bread roll with salad, 'mexican pasty' (beans and veg in a spicy tomato sauce, in puff pastry. Really tasty!)
Afternoon snack: handful of 'breakfast sprinkle' seeds and dried fruits mix, handful of hazelnuts, pink lady apple.
D: So far I've had 2 crumpets with sunflower spread, and a couple of handfuls of cereal. Think I'm going to have a nice ripe mango I picked up at the market earlier as well.

D: mixed beans+a dash of curry powder, corn and vegan cornbread

B: Decaf coffee with soymilk and a bit of sugar
L: Three-grain soup and a lemon-blueberry scone (at Whole Foods)
Snack: Luna Bar and some Gladcorn
D: Brussels sprouts, WW pasta with tomato sauce, Gorgeous Garlic Toast
Evening snack will be strawberries with vanilla Silk yogurt and pineapple chunks

breakfast: lots of cereal (cinnamon harvest and oat squares) with almond milk, black coffee - DEAR COFFEE: I LOVE YOU
lunch: sauteed tofu and veggies with brown rice
dinner: bean and corn enchiladas, sauteed spinach, a blood orange? a tofutti cutie for dessert?

B: fruit salad (this week's is cantelope, red grapes, pineapple, orange) with homemade granola cereal (this batch is oats, barley, wheat, peanut oil, orange juice, agave nectar, cinnamon, ginger, cashews, coconut, dates, dried papaya), two cups of black tea
lunchish: carrots & hummus
eveningish: smoothie (barley/soy milk, kale, carrot, flax seeds, walnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla, banana, straberries, & TJ's frozen berry blend)
Soon: popcorn w/Parmezano sprinkles

yeshterday:
breakfast:
day old cookie on my desk, pc of pb toast, soymilk + pills, lotsa black coffee
snack: apple
lunch:
baked potato w/baked tofu, broccoli, & daiya
snack: chocolate chips, dry cereal
pre dinner snack: tots
dinner: stovetop baked beans w/tempeh, sweet potato waffle fries, homemade "egg" "cream"

today:
breakfast:
chocolate, almonds, pc of pb toast, lotsa black coffee
lunch:
baked beans, baked tofu, steamed broccoli, toasted daiya sammich
later: latte & gf banana fig bread (the other vegan* brought it in!)
dinner: tbd, I'm on my own

*we have a vegan at work now! he was a contracted worker but now he works for us. VEGANZ TAKE OVER TEH OFFIS
