Are you referring to Ariann, or are you trying to tell us something?

Ooh, dropscone! News?

I have been kind of spacey and flaking out and cocooning, otherwise I would've started this thread already. I'm having an ultrasound on Monday! Ack! I don't know why that's so scary, but it's kind of freaking me out. On the other funny side of things, I've been asked to officiate at a baby-naming this week, so that's kind of cool. A reminder that there's an end. I'm feeling a lot less nauseous and tired than I was before (although I did have a couple nights of 12 hour sleeps this week).

Ariann, is it your first ultrasound for this pregnancy? I hope that you have a warm* and friendly technician, and that your nervousness disappears into happier feelings when you see your baby. :baby:

*especially the hands! :antlers:

First. The plan is for one now (for dating and nuchal transparency - a Down's and trisomy 18 predictor), one at 20 weeks (for anatomy).

Today we got evidence that there is indeed a fetus growing in me, thankfully just one of them, and it appears to have all of its major parts.
